Hi I’m Elizabeth, The Frosting Artist!
I started this journey many years ago. As a fairly reserved person, I was not expecting that one day I’d open my very own Frosting Artist Academy. I started out small, like many of you, making cookies for family, friends and neighbors. After perfecting my unique layered stencil technique, I started taking on larger orders and orders from people I didn’t even know! I started stenciling dozens of corporate cookies, decorating cakes for special occasions, and frosting royal icing transfer decorated cookies for sports teams, birthday parties and weddings. People started asking, “How did you do that?” and “That looks so perfect I want to frame it!” I started wondering if other cookie decorators could benefit from this technique as well.
After joining many Cookie and Cake decorating Facebook groups, I was overwhelmed with the response of, “Yes, please teach us!” I’ve had requests from all over the world, telling me that they’ve never seen anything like this and where do they sign up? It may have taken me a few years to pull this together, but I am finally happy to share my unique technique through The Frosting Artist Academy and Frosting Artist Academy Subscriptions!
